Our Objectives Boeing Korea Engineering and Technology Center (BKETC) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Researcher to join our cutting-edge research team.

As an Associate AI/ML Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning through innovative research, algorithm development, and the application of machine learning techniques focused on aircraft manufacturing, factory digitalization, etc.

Your work will have a direct impact on developing state-of-the-art AI/ML models and systems that address real-world challenges and push the boundaries of intelligent systems.

Job Responsibilities:Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Develop algorithms for Generative, Prediction, Decision Making, and Perception.

Implement and experiment with state-of-the-art AI/ML models and techniques.

Collaborate cross-functionally to set objectives, define methods, and deliver impact.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.·        Solid understanding of machine learning, data science, and data engineering fundamentals.

Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch).Strong analytical/problem-solving skills: formulate research questions, design experiments, interpret results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor with 2 years’ related work experience or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Statistics.

Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art models (e.g., generative AI, computer vision, NLP, time series).Familiarity with cloud platforms and GPU/accelerator-based training.
