The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Team is seeking Mid-Level to Lead-Level Customer Training Specialist in St. Charles, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Domestic and International Travel up to 50% is required.
Position Responsibilities
- Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design
- Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training
- Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials
- Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities
- Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of spare parts and provisioning products or related services.
- Analyzes and processes material returned from customers.
- Analyzes customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolves delivery problem.
- Creates and monitors performance metrics.
- Creates, maintains and advances customer relationships.
- Develops an understanding of customer's culture and business strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience as a formal instructor certification as an instructor, Senior instructor, or Master instructor
- Electronics Experience
- Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
- Experience as a Weapon School Instructor or Military Experience in training
- Stand-Up Instructor led Training in support of Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) including Harpoon and SLAM ER
- Electronics Training

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Mid-Level Summary Pay Range: $85,000 to $115,000
Lead-Level Summary Pay Range: $106,250 to $143,750

Security Clearance
