We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our FX Trade Support team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee end-to-end FX trade lifecycle control for spot, forwards, NDFs, and options, including accurate trade capture, validation, and timely confirmation/matching.

  • Proactively investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement issues, coordinating across Front Office, Back Office, and external counterparties.

  • Execute and enhance key risk and control processes (e.g., reconciliations, exception management, P&L/risk checks, aging metrics, escalations) to ensure robust operational integrity.

Partner with technology and process teams to drive continuous improvement with AI, automation, and straight-through processing (STP) across FX workflows, contributing to initiatives that reduce operational risk and improve client outcomes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with relevant work experience preferred.

  • Communication and professionalism: Strong oral/written skills, fluent in English, and a professional approach and appearance.

  • Organization and delivery: Excellent time management; ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines.

  • Teamwork and mindset: Enthusiastic, patient, flexible team player with a focused attitude, driven to succeed and aligned to team/company goals; takes ownership of learning and development.

  • Technical and clerical proficiency: Computer literate with strong MS Office skills; accurate clerical/keyboard skills with high attention to detail and organization.

The ability to work shifts: 830am – 430pm/9am – 5pm/10am – 6pm on a weekly basis
