Responsibilities

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with Tik Tok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize Tik Tok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Requirements

• Have an interest in online safety
• Keep cross-functional stakeholders organized as well as influence them on-task
• Be a culture expert and one step ahead of the latest trends
• Be a team player, and have interpersonal communication skills
• Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and able to deal with pressure and ambiguity

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or Masters degree
• Fluent German speaker and professional proficiency English in order to communicate with stakeholders both in Germany and in Global markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous moderation or QA experience
• Excel skills are preferable
