We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Client Processing – Cash Management to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is located in Manchester

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Funding cash bank accounts for all Pershing EMEA entities to support BAU activities

• Management and segregation of client and firm money to meet regulatory requirement

• Review, monitor and approve payments relating to firm and client cash activity

• Working alongside other operational teams and Treasury to fulfill cash management processes

• Oversee the management of team checklists and oversight tasks.

Escalation of any cash management issues to management and Treasury

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Cash management experience including reconciliation of bank accounts balances and breaks

• Demonstratable experience of reviewing and approving payments

• Experience of working to tight deadlines and work under pressure

• Knowledge and execution of payment messages types, Swift, MT, Pacs messages.

• Experience using reconciliation software, e.g., TLM

• Competent user of Excel
