We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Management to join Wealth Services Platform in the Administrator Group. In this role, you will deliver a seamless, self-service experience for Home Office, Client Firm Admin and BNY Admin users, to tailor the Wove platform to their needs in real-time. This role will be located in eastern Pennsylvania. The role is approved for temporary work from home until Q3 or Q4 of 2026, when the role will permanently sit in one of BNY's eastern Pennsylvania locations.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Drive strategic product roadmap to meet business goals and client delivery
• Engage with clients to understand their use cases and educate on industry-best practice
• Focus on: user provisioning & management, design of clients’ organizational structure & access controls, and preferences & settings
• Distil complex functionality into a seamless user experience
• Co-ordinate cross functionally to deliver high impact client solutions
• Be a player-coach to raise the bar on product craft for the team

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 5 or more years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner working in a fast-paced, OKR driven team
• Previous experience in engineering and highly technical roles is preferred
• Experience in high-growth settings is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in financial services industry is preferred including advisory accounts
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Exceptional communication skills
• Possesses a “get-it-done” attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision
• Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks
• Interested in constantly learning new tools and technologies and a passion to share your knowledge with the team
