BNY Investments is a leading investment manager, with $2.2 Trillion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025. Through an investor-first approach, the firm brings to clients the best of both worlds: specialist expertise from seven specialist investment managers offering solutions across every major asset class, backed by the strength, stability, and global presence of BNY.

BNY Investments’ Distribution team in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to expand our footprint across Global and Regional Private Banks and Family Offices. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience, a strong existing network, and a proven track record of fundraising within the Singapore Private Wealth ecosystem, ideally gained at a boutique asset/investment manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a focused sales strategy targeting Global and Regional Private Banks and Family Offices across Singapore and broader Southeast Asia.

  • Leverage an existing network within the Private Bank and Family Office community to drive AUM growth and onboard new strategic relationships.

  • Position and promote BNY Investments’ product suite to CIO offices, DPM teams, fund selectors, RMs, and investment counsellors.

  • Grow and maintain client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement, product education, and ongoing portfolio dialogue.

  • Drive product shelf‑space expansion within Private Banks and Family Offices, ensuring visibility and advocacy for BNY Investments’ strategies.

  • Manage the full business development lifecycle, from initial pitch and due diligence support to product onboarding and post‑launch servicing.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our global boutiques, investment capabilities, and market trends to provide suitable advisory and product solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Legal & Compliance) to support client requests and strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate after‑sales service including updates, reporting, training, and review meetings.

  • Maintain competitive intelligence, prepare business plans, and track opportunities through Salesforce.

  • Participate in marketing events, seminars, and client training sessions to enhance brand presence within the PB/FO ecosystem.

  • Display an entrepreneurial, boutique‑style approach, combined with strong teamwork and internal partnership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; CFA preferred.

  • Minimum 8+ years total work experience, with at least 7+ years directly covering Global/Regional Private Banks and Family Offices in Singapore.

  • Established client network and proven sales track record within Private Wealth channels — especially PB CIO/DPM teams and Family Offices.

  • Experience from boutique asset managers, alternative managers, or specialist investment firms strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of investment products including mutual funds, alternatives, model portfolios, and solutions commonly used in private wealth channels.

  • Knowledge of institutional distribution within SEA is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages advantageous.

  • Proficient with Salesforce, Morningstar, Bloomberg Terminal; strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Highly organised, self‑starter mindset and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
