We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Transaction Processing Representative to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is based in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage and maintain transaction processing activities across asset transfer capture and repair.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.

  • Address and resolve client inquiries related to transactions, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.

  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members to help them grow.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Ability to work with precision and ownership in a high‑volume environment.

  • Clear, inclusive communication and a commitment to client service.

  • Proactive problem‑solving and willingness to learn new tools, including AI‑enabled solutions.

  • Teamwork mindset with curiosity to improve processes.

  • Experience in transaction management within financial services operations or wealth operations preferred.

  • High school/secondary education or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree welcomed but not mandatory.

  • Several years of total work experience helpful; we value transferable skills and diverse experiences.

  • Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
