We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Wealth Services Platform Delivery team. This role is located in Pune, India

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Partner with planning contacts and initiative sponsors to assist in developing business cases, supporting rationale, resource needs and other interdependencies
  • Power OKR effectiveness by delivering insight-rich reporting, capability-building coaching, reliable data pipelines, compelling content, and seamless meeting support
  • Support the communication of the firm’s strategic plans including the cascade and communication of corporate priorities
  • Conduct complex analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives, and/or strategic/operational planning activities.
  • Transform raw metrics into decision-ready insights systematically gathering, organizing, and reviewing data, performing analysis and translating findings into executive dashboards, reports, and presentations
  • Design and implement new processes to improve efficiency and elevate the quality of deliverables. Develop tools and dashboards that transform analysis into clear status visibility, enabling timely, data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Focus on delivery excellence by improving planning mechanics: simplify and standardize tools and templates, provide team support, and establish process guardrails that shorten cycle times and elevate output quality
  • Lead special projects/initiatives that are of strategic importance for the platform and facilitates key governance forums and meetings
  • Navigates the entire firm to effectively complete tasks. Develops consultative partnerships with internal teams and leaders to understand their strategic objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
  • Communicates with internal teams and leaders to stay abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, and reporting protocols.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 10 years of work experience; experience in securities or financial services is preferred
  • Experience in corporate strategy, business planning, and/or competitor/market research and analysis a plus
  • Education requirement: bachelor’s degree. Masters a plus
  • Concise and persuasive oral and written communications skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see around corners assessing trade-offs, risks, and opportunities across overlapping mission-critical deliverables
  • Applies meticulous attention to detail as a strategic advantage improving data integrity, uncovering insights, and strengthening outcomes
  • Comfortable managing large, disparate data sets
  • Highly responsive to time-critical requests with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Upholds confidentiality standards and controls while managing sensitive analyses, ensuring resilience, credibility, and policy alignment.
  • Proactive and self-directed, distilling complex ideas into concise narratives that enable faster alignment and strategic progress
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and follow-through, the ability to interact and communicate well with employees at all levels, and the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint) and ability to managed large data sets consisting of internal and external data
  • Experience with building reporting tools using Power BI or other query tool/visualization tools
  • Familiar with Program/Project Management and Agile methodologies
  • Familiar in JIRA and Engineering Product Lifecycle
