Bloomberg’s Market Data platform powers critical analytics and real-time decision-making across global financial markets. We operate one of the largest, most latency-sensitive data pipelines in the world — ingesting, normalizing, storing, and distributing hundreds of billions of events daily across 100M+ instruments.
We’re adding team leads in two areas to support our growing Frankfurt engineering team:

• Market Data Feeds– high-volume exchange connectivity and normalization
• Market Data Storage & Retrieval – large-scale time-series storage and query infrastructure

• Establish team vision, operating model, and cultural foundations

What You Bring- Experience managing and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment.

• A track record of delivering complex distributed systems or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and comfort navigating high-stakes, cross-team work.
• Technical leadership that balances execution with long-term strategic thinking.
• Recent, practical coding experience to participate in code reviews and handle scoped development work
