About the Role The Enterprise Risk Strategy & Insights Lead will play a critical role in shaping how enterprise risk information is synthesized, communicated, and acted upon.
We are seeking a strategic risk professional to transform complex, multi-domain risk inputs into audiences.
This is not a traditional reporting role.
It requires strong enterprise thinking, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to distill ambiguity into clarity.
You will operate at the intersection of risk expertise, analytics, and executive narrative development — elevating enterprise risk discussions from descriptive updates to strategic dialogue.
What You’ll Do
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs across non-financial risk domains into executive-ready insights.
- Develop Board and senior leadership materials that clearly articulate implications, interdependencies, trade-offs, and recommended actions.
- Identify emerging themes and systemic risk patterns across the enterprise.
- Elevate the clarity, structure, and strategic impact of enterprise risk reporting.
- Partner with risk domain leaders to challenge, refine, and strengthen messaging.
- Drive continuous improvement in enterprise risk reporting frameworks and visualization standards.
- Lead and develop a small team over time to scale enterprise risk insight capabilities.
You’ll Need To Have:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise risk, risk advisory, strategy, or management consulting.
- Strong understanding of non-financial risk domains (e.g., operational, technology, third-party).
- Demonstrated experience preparing materials for executive committees and/or Board-level audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into concise, structured narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect disparate data points into coherent themes.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing across senior stakeholders.
Skills & Capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a keen eye for accuracy, trends, and executive relevance.
- Deep understanding of enterprise risk frameworks (COSO ERM, Basel, operational resilience).
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills—able to translate complex data and risk topics into clear, compelling stories for senior audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for quality, clarity, and executive impact.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
