Bloomberg’s **Multi-Asset Risk System (MARS)**and Derivatives Data & Valuation Services (BVAL OTC) offer a comprehensive suite of risk management and valuation tools, powered by Bloomberg’s world-class pricing library and market data. These solutions help clients analyze portfolios, manage exposures, and adapt to changing market conditions.
As a Risk & Derivatives Valuation Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding the MARS, BVAL OTC, and Derivatives & Data Analytics (DDA) franchises. You’ll partner with sell-side clients to identify opportunities, deepen adoption, and ensure Bloomberg remains central to their risk and valuation workflows. You’ll also collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver value-driven solutions and shape our commercial strategy in the region.
We’ll trust you to:
- Identify workflow gaps and expansion opportunities for MARS and BVAL solutions
- Lead consultative sales engagements and manage up-sell campaigns
- Build strong relationships with users and senior stakeholders
- Contribute insights on market, regulatory, and competitive trends
- Collaborate internally to ensure exceptional client experiences
You’ll need to have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience, within the financial markets or financial technology industries
- Client facing experience in a Sales or Customer Support role within the past 2 years
- Demonstrated experience in sell-side trading workflows, cross product Derivatives and real-time, front office Risk
- Consultative sales skills, including competitive market research, lead generation, prospecting and business development
- Consistent record in handling multiple complex sales engagements concurrently
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships both externally and internally
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business proficient fluency in English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin to work with our regional clients
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
- Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
