Watches and Fine Jewelry Manager, Benelux Scandinavia Your role @ Chanel
In this role you will be responsible for developing and steering the Watches and Fine Jewelry business across all Ben Sca networks, within Fashion boutiques in the zone, and the Wholesale network. You play a key part in strengthening CHANEL’s position by gaining market share in the growing Watches and Fine Jewelry sector, while ensuring an ultimate, consistent client experience that meets CHANEL’s standards of excellence.
The position reports directly to the Fashion Director Ben Sca.
Key responsibilities Develop & Optimize WFJ Performance across the Retail Network

Implement the growth strategy for Watches and Fine Jewelry within Fashion boutiques, in alignment with the regional Europe strategy and the Watches & Fine Jewelry division.

Orchestrate the operational deployment of the strategy in each boutique, working closely with Boutique Directors and the central Fashion team.

Foster synergies and collaboration with Fashion teams to maximize business growth.
Retail Business Analysis and Development:

Build the annual commercial targets, coordinate the monthly objectives with the boutiques and ensure follow-up.

Carry out the network performance analysis: monitoring and analyzing network indicators (sales, Fashion Advisors objectives, products/collections performances) and building ad-hoc reports.

Lead performance improvement action plans such as incentives and ensure sustainable business growth.

Participate in finance forecasting in collaboration with Finance team.
Product Merchandising

Oversee forecasting for the entire Ben Sca zone, in line with boutique needs and priorities.

Co-build with each market the boutiques assortment embodying the One Boutique One Story strategy. Define & follow up the model stock fulfilment. Analyze model stock achievement as well as stock quality by monitoring stock and sales data and propose appropriate action plans and transfers.

Orchestrate the WFJ launches with multiple stakeholders.

Collect qualitative feedback on products to share with Europe Product Merchandising community.

Optimize products performance and pilot stock, by working 360 with VM, Marketing, and Learning.

Take charge of stock optimization: manage and review all stock transfers within Ben Sca and with Europe, minimizing transfer lead times and maximizing conversion rates in each market.
Develop & Optimize the WFJ Wholesale Network

Build and analyze sales targets and drive commercial performance across the Wholesale network to maximize growth opportunities.

Animate and train the Ben Sca Wholesale network in alignment with the Europe strategy, in close collaboration with the Europe team.

Oversee specific logistical and administrative operations for the Ben Sca zone.
Engage Retail Teams

Support Boutique Directors in defining priorities and achieving their missions.

Lead and inspire a community of WFJ referents, in close collaboration with the central Fashion team.

Inspire and unite retail teams around a shared vision and ambitious goals. Participate in Boutiques Committees.

Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Drive Retail Transformation

Act as the WFJ point of contact for the Ben Sca zone.

Collaborate closely with Local teams (Marketing, Operations, Product Merchandising, Learning, Finance, Visual Merchandising) and regional teams to align strategies and ensure excellence in execution.

Work closely with the central Fashion team to foster synergies, promote consistent client experience, and strengthen a global retail vision.

Be an active member of the WFJ Community in Europe: share best practices, specific needs, and contribute to new regional projects supporting the evolution of Watches and Fine Jewelry activities.
What you will bring to the team:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and minimum of 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail, including managerial roles

Passion for the Watches and Fine Jewelry universe, with strong product sensibility and a keen interest in retail innovation; committed to client experience excellence and operational efficiency

Strong analytical skills: rigorous and precise, combining strategic thinking, attention to detail, results orientation, and the ability to identify performance drivers

Ability to mobilize and unite teams on your topics, collaborate in a matrix and project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills

Fluent in English, French is a strong advantage

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.

Fulltime position based in Amsterdam or Brussels; business travel within Ben Sca countries and Europe.
