Team Overview:
The AR Collections team is accountable for all aspects relating to debt management for institutional clients globally, including debt chasing and recovery, rebate payment processing, client money adherence and management reporting whilst ensuring outstanding client service.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high‑performing Accounts Receivable and Collections function, ensuring timely debt recovery, strong client money adherence, and compliance with regulatory and control standards. Review and approve client disbursement initiations in accordance with defined thresholds, governance standards, and escalation protocols.
- Drive a scalable global operating model, partnering with regional and global stakeholders to deliver consistent, well‑controlled collections practices across asset management products.
- Own collections strategies, including proactive client engagement, dispute resolution, escalations, and controlled payment methods, tailored to asset‑management‑specific processes.
- Maintain a strong risk and control framework, overseeing performance metrics, aging, and governance for collections and client disbursements.
- Partner with Technology to support the modernization of AR and collections platforms, and lead change arising from process, regulatory, and technology initiatives.
- Act as a key contact for internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and timely remediation.
- Develop and retain talent through coaching, inclusive hiring, and effective succession planning, fostering a high‑performance, client‑centric culture.
Experience
- Operational leader with 5+ years’ experience in global or multi-regional environments,
- A strong background in Finance, Accounts Receivable, and/or Collections within regulated industries is preferred
- Risk- and control-focused professional with proven analytical skills to identify issues, assess risk, and design sustainable governance frameworks and operational controls.
- Results-driven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages priorities independently, and partners effectively with global leadership teams.
- People-centric leader with a track record of coaching, motivating, and rebuilding high-performing teams, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer- and technology-minded operator with high attention to detail, end-to-end process understanding, and experience leveraging Excel, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve outcomes.

Our hybrid work model
