Morgan Institutional is the external-facing digital platform for Asset Management Institutional clients released in 2019. The platform offers our clients access to JPMorgan Asset Management’s (JPMAM) best in class digital tools, allowing them to analyze their investment portfolios, view deep analytics on their risk exposures, review performance, initiate cash flows into and out of their entitled positions, and gain valuable insights from JPMAM market strategists and investment professionals. Clients will also be able to access investment research and key webinars/events through the platform. Morgan Institutional is a key priority for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. with a long-term development and expansion roadmap.

Job summary:

As an Investment Platform Specialist (Morgan Money) Executive Director on the Asset Management Morgan Money team you will become an expert in in the platform working with internal partners on delivering on strategic goals. You will be expected to partner with the Morgan Institutional team to develop and streamline client engagement, onboarding, and overall experience. You will be involved in the design and creation of the platform itself, be responsible for developing requirements, and managing the delivery of these requirements.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• 10+ years’ experience in Asset Management, Product Management, Project Management or Technology with focus on client facing interactions
• Strong working knowledge of the asset management industry
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful ways
• Experience managing and working with geographically distributed and functionally-diverse workgroups
• Operating as a subject matter expert on new products, changes to existing products or newly introduced product features, to support local and regional sales and marketing efforts
• Developing a strong and effective partnership with the local business and service teams, with an aim for understanding group needs and meeting objectives in a timely manner
• Comfort with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands

Preferred Qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• High technical and computer aptitude a plus
• Deep understanding of the investment management field a plus
• Proven ability of delivering on sales goals and targets
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn
• High degree of detailed orientation, organization and project management skills is preferred
