採用
岗位职责：
- 根据生产计划制定合理的小组的生产安排，保证生产顺利完成；
- 保证生产按照GMP，SOP、工艺规程等相关指导文件标准进行生产，保证合规性；
- 建立部门规章制度，管理规范，员工培训等，完成相关文件撰写；
- 生产工艺相关SOP以及设备SOP等记录文件的撰写；
- 与其它部门高效的合作和沟通，推进项目进度；
- 不定时对部门其他员工或其他部门员工进行技术培训及介绍；
- 负责工艺接收、确认，完成工艺转移后的下游生产。
任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，生物技术、生物制药相关专业；
- 对蛋白类药物放大生产和相关CMC法规要求有深刻的理解和掌握；
- 具备主导蛋白类产品多批次生产成功的经历；
- 熟悉本领域相关设备，掌握设备操作；
- 熟悉生物制药领域GMP的相关法规要求；
- 具备国内外审计经验。
