Mission

Lead and coordinate industrial projects from design to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Drive technical solutions that improve performance, support new products, and answer evolving technological and regulatory needs.

What You Will Do

• Analyze technical needs and propose innovative, pragmatic solutions.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end: design, validation (FAT, IQ, OQ), commissioning, documentation updates.
• Prepare project documentation (URS, FS, DS…).
• Lead equipment procurement and installation, ensuring compliance with planning, budget, and specifications.
• Train impacted teams and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare CAPEX files and track budget execution.
• Ensure regulatory, EHS, and cGMP compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Support portfolio management (project database, CAPEX forecast).
• Act as a reference for project documentation and Change Control within Engineering.

What You Will Bring

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Process Engineering, Instrumentation, or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in industrial project engineering (pharma, food, life sciences, chemical sectors…).
• A plus: experience in medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485), mixing/distribution/filling processes, plastics (extrusion, injection molding), or packaging.
• Solid knowledge of project management (certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Project and CAD tools (Autodesk required).
• Fluency in English and French.
