The People Operations Specialist will serve as the engine behind the employee lifecycle at Axonius, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency from onboarding to offboarding. Joining a global team, you will manage internal systems and high-volume ticketing to support our People Partner and Talent teams. This role balances day-to-day operational execution with strategic data analytics and dashboard creation to drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle & Ticket Management:

Execute all employee/contractor data transactions in Workday and resolve global People Ops tickets via Zendesk with high accuracy.

  • Israel Operations:

Manage local payroll-related administration, including Hilan time attendance, social security documentation, and termination letters.

  • System Administration:

Serve as the global administrator for Awardco, managing budgets, invoices, and one-time employee grants.

  • Data Analytics:

Perform regular data auditing and cleaning, and build new reporting dashboards to improve People Team visibility.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience:

3-4 years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR Generalism, or Payroll support.

  • Technical Stack:

Proven experience working with HRIS (Workday preferred) and ticketing systems (Zendesk or Service Now).

  • Analytical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including the use of pivots, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.

  • Languages:

Professional-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

    • Local Systems:

Hands-on experience with Hilan (Israel payroll/attendance).

  • Global Exposure:

Prior experience supporting employees and stakeholders in a global, multi-region environment.

  • Project Management:

Demonstrated ability to balance 80% operational tasks with 20% long-term optimization projects.

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • SOP Creation:

Experience drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Industry:

Experience in the High-Tech or Cybersecurity sector.
