About the Role:
Attentive is seeking a Sr. Sales Development Manager to lead our US Strategic team. You’ll help define and execute the outbound strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
You’ll coach and develop a team of ambitious and high-performing Sales Development Representatives focused on our US Strategic segment. This is a high-impact opportunity to build pipeline at scale, impact the development of next-generation sales talent, and allow us to scale effectively in a high-growth, high-speed organization.
What You’ll Accomplish

Manage a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives, equipping them with the resources, coaching, and support they need to drive strong business results

Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting that will drive more revenue to the company and align with Attentive’s go-to-market motion
-
Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor team productivity, drive accountability, and continuously improve results

Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional peers to drive business outcomes for Attentive

Hire, onboard, and develop and retain top SDR talent, supporting career progression through individualized development plans
Your Expertise
-
3+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of top performance
-
At least 3 years of management experience
-
Familiarity with Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator

Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in multi-product environments
-
Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training

Passion for coaching and educating others

Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements

For US based applicants:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000-$135,000 annually + commission ($160,000-$190,000 OTE)+ equity + benefits
