The operations manager, you will: Manage material, human, and financial resources to achieve objectives and cost models associated with process improvement through reengineering.

YOUR ROLE

• Design and implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the manufacturing system at the plant level.

• Implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the plant's quality system.

• Implementation of strategies to improve manufacturing operating costs.

• Manage the services required by the plant's manufacturing area with the functional areas.

• Design strategies for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.

• Promote a productive and safe work environment for the team.

• Execution of strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, material, technical, and financial resources.

• Effective management of model changes, product changes, and changes in requirements.

• Budget control and administration.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related

• English level intermediate - advanced

• +3 years of experience in manufacturing

• Experience in Electronics Industry and electronic process / SMT process (must)

• MS Office proficient

• Previous experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration

• Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing
