In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead end-to-end production operations, overseeing Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance functions.

• Ensure on-time delivery of products and services through effective production planning and execution.

• Drive continuous flow across the production floor while meeting established takt times.

• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and operational procedures.

• Maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities in optimal operating condition.

• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.

• Monitor, analyze, and report key operational performance metrics.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

• Develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the metal-mechanical manufacturing industry.

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and financial management.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.

• Demonstrated ability in delegation, conflict management, and negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Master’s degree or MBA.

• Experience in casting, forging, machining, and assembly processes.

• Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

• Business intelligence and data automation experience.
