Ready to shape the future of mobility with us.Your RoleResponsible for Operational Excellence Leadership at the plants, designing, documenting, implementing, standardizing, and sharing world-class manufacturing systems; and building and sustaining an Operational Excellence Synergy.In your daily job, you will be:Responsible for Plant Operational Excellence CoordinatorsResponsible for achieving annual budget and operational objectivesAssure OPEX projects are on track, correctly documented and booked into the system (ECIP)Support Operational Disciplines: 5S’s, 1st Hour productivity, Daily pulse meetings, etc.Strategic Planning operational and functional process standardizationNew projects design, prove of concept, documentation and trainingAssure Best Practices are effectively shared and quickly deployed (read across)OPEX Training StrategyLean ChampionshipOPEX Recognition StrategyYour background:Bachelor’s degree terminatedExperience in a management role (minimum 3 years)Experience in Lean/CI implementation is requiredProven track-record of successful project management and managing peopleResult-driven, combined with the ability to achieve results through peopleCoaching local CI resources on performance management, improvement, and developmentFully bilingual in English and SpanishWhy Join Us?You can grow at Aptiv.
