Position Summary

As an Opex Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our factory processes, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement using Lean methodologies. As part of the Operations team, with a functional reporting line to Operations Excellence, you will:

Your Role

Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean 2.0 methodology.

Coordinate and prioritize Kaizen initiatives to meet department objectives and budget.

Collaborate in designing new processes and optimizing existing ones.

Develop and implement standards and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Provide training on Lean tools, ensuring alignment with Lean 2.0 principles.

Challenge and support teams to drive continuous improvement, promoting cultural change in line with the Aptiv vision.

Your Background:

A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

The ability to thrive in a global work environment.

High energy, motivation, and a drive for excellence.

Fluency in English (mandatory).
