Incumbent Employee from a Client Transition:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in updating internal systems and databases, including Engage and EGO;
  • Support the management and organisation of documentation and archiving processes, including the organisation and filing of all lease agreements and contracts;
  • Assist with invoicing processes and administrative control;
  • support internal reports and documentation required by the team;
  • Provide administrative support to consultants in their day-to-day activities;
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations and property documentation;
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing initiatives and campaigns related to the department’s commercial activity;
  • Suppport on the organisation of internal data and files related to ongoing projects and transactions;
  • Collaborate with other internal teams when necessary to support the department’s activities.Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles is preferred;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to support a dynamic team environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
