Incumbent Employee from a Client Transition:
Key Responsibilities
- Support in updating internal systems and databases, including Engage and EGO;
- Support the management and organisation of documentation and archiving processes, including the organisation and filing of all lease agreements and contracts;
- Assist with invoicing processes and administrative control;
- support internal reports and documentation required by the team;
- Provide administrative support to consultants in their day-to-day activities;
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations and property documentation;
- Assist in the coordination of marketing initiatives and campaigns related to the department’s commercial activity;
- Suppport on the organisation of internal data and files related to ongoing projects and transactions;
- Collaborate with other internal teams when necessary to support the department’s activities.Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles is preferred;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support a dynamic team environment;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
