YOUR ROLE

As a Health and Safety Specialist on our team, you’ll:

  • Ensure compliance with local and corporate Health & Safety regulations and standards• Conduct and review risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations
  • Select, evaluate, order, and manage the issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with risk assessments and legal requirements
  • Issue referrals for occupational medical examinations and monitor validity of employees’ medical clearances
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve H&S procedures, instructions, and preventive actions
  • Support and lead Health & Safety trainings, awareness campaigns, and internal audits
  • Supervise and maintain Health & Safety documentation in accordance with ISO 45001 requirements
  • Report and analyze global Health & Safety indicators in line with corporate reporting standards
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders and external authorities on Health & Safety-related matters

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • University degree or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Valid qualifications for an H&S Specialist in accordance with local regulations
  • Proficiency in local Health & Safety legislation and risk assessment methodologies • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain H&S management systems in an industrial

or office environment including ISO45001 requirements

  • Ability to conduct trainings and effectively communicate H&S requirements at all

organizational levels

  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
