Supply Chain Specialist with Italian

We are looking for a candidate with:

Experience in working with supply chain and/or logistics processes
Hands-on experience with SAP system (must have)
English and Italian on min. B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
Ability to create and maintain process documentation
Participation in process migration projects is considered an asset
Strong analytical skills with the ability to view processes from a broader perspective to clarify and simplify them
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders involved in the process

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel:

Your key activities:

Order management (creation/changes)
Supporting customer queries
Inventory management (checking stock availability- system /cooperation with warehouse, stock allocation).
Creating deliveries
Creation of shipping documents / shipping instructions
Managing customer disputes (any discrepancies)/ claims/processing return orders
Orders monitoring from receipt till delivery
Auditing carrier invoices

Participation in Process Transition:

• Knowledge Management
• Creation of SOPs and training of other team members
