We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the technical domain of Applied Materials cutting-edge Mechanical suppliers as part of the R&D division.

Engineering group consists of highly experienced engineers in many disciplines, such as Mechanics, Optics, Electronics and Motion, responsible for managing all technical aspects of cutting-edge suppliers worldwide.
We drive our suppliers to excellence and robustness, enabling smooth manufacturing processes in our facility in Rehovot.
What you'll be doing?

Responsibility for Applied Materials Suppliers manufacturing compliance from early NPI processes through engineering transitions to sustained production.
-
Early engagement in NPI development processes, Leading Suppliers Engineering perspective and influencing Product-design to achieve Operational criteria, Suppliers optimized Testability and Manufacturability by standard industry tools, like D/FMECA, PQP, SPC, etc.

What should you have?

Education: Engineering Degree in Mechanics
-
Experience: 5+ Years of experience under relevant professional positions

Experience working with Mechanics/multi disciplinary Suppliers through Development/ Engineering transitions and Sustained manufacturing processes.

Experience in multidisciplinary R&D and Engineering processes.
-
High Technical capabilities, Demonstrating in-depth comprehensive understanding within own discipline and wide knowledge of others.

Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
-
Ability to work independently as well as within a team and cross organization.
