Building technical and client engagement capability among teams, ensuring clear value prop articulation and market-leading service & advisory. Driving improvements in client experience from acquisition through to renewals, setting higher standards and greater consistency. Embedding our client service strategy, partnering with Regional Directors on how best to deliver it in each market. Mentoring and coaching colleagues on best practice client service, retention and crossselling. Leading Strategic Account Review programs for high service clients. Accountability for jeopardy management and defensive tender responses for high service clients.
