Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, or a related business discipline; 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field. Strong customer service skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. Organisational skills, including strong planning and project management skills Ability to be flexible and proactive, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. Comfortable with asking questions and making decisions autonomously. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Share Point Can manipulate large amounts of data, formulate data into easy-to-read formats and be comfortable telling a story and provide insights with that data. Previous experience working with remote teams / team members, ideally in an international setting (i.e: Across multiple countries).
