Operational Excellence: Managing the full product lifecycle — from design and documentation to compliance and performance tracking — while continuously improving processes and coverage quality.

Leadership & Culture: Championing Aon’s values through inclusive leadership, effective communication, and a strong focus on wellbeing, risk management, and client outcomes.

Enterprise Collaboration: Acting as a brand ambassador and trusted partner to internal teams and external collaborators, fostering a “one team” approach across the business.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a confident and commercially savvy professional who brings: Proven experience in commercial insurance and product development.

Strong analytical and financial competence to assess product viability and performance.

Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage collaborators and negotiate with insurers. A passion for customer-centric innovation, using market insights to shape product solutions.

Attention to detail and familiarity with insurance policy documentation. A tertiary qualification in business or equivalent.
