About the Role:
As Attentive continues to expand our omni-channel personalization platform, email remains one of our most powerful and strategic product areas. We are investing in a next-generation solution that uses generative AI to create, optimize, and scale email content. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead this initiative—someone who can transform advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, high-performing email experiences for our customers.
What You’ll Accomplish

Lead the development of a new AI-powered email content creation product, transforming how marketers build and personalize campaigns

Create high-conversion shopping and messaging experiences by leveraging AI-driven insights and dynamic content generation

Drive rapid experimentation across engineering, data science, analytics, and design to validate ideas and measure impact

Apply generative AI and predictive modeling to individualize content, optimize timing, and improve message performance
-
Partner with clients and internal teams to uncover user needs, capture insights, and translate them into a clear product roadmap
Your Expertise
-
You have 4+ years of product management experience, including shipping high-impact products from discovery through scaling

You have experience working with AI/ML, content generation, or marketing technology products, within email or personalization

You approach problems analytically and experimentally, using data and insights to guide decisions and accelerate learning

You are creative, user-obsessed, and able to translate marketer needs into intuitive product experiences

You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

For US based applicants:
The US base salary range for this full time position is $175,000 - $219,000 annually + equity + benefits

Lacatski deserves more attention.
James Lacatski is a former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) scientist and intelligence officer who led AAWSAP. He is the author of a number of books which are dense and data-heavy because they include as much data as he could get through DOPSR.
