Service Delivery Manager, SL Tech Manager CRS - DCS.

What will the typical day be like.
The Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality services for the 3 different Lo Bs that will fill these positions: HS, CRS, and DCS clients.
They oversee service operations, manage customer relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to meet performance goals, identify risks and dependencies across all IT services, scale and also manage the people involved in each service, as well as the right communication and support.
Oversee service delivery in complex environments with multiple clients.
Lead internal teams and coordinate with external suppliers.
Manage follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
Resolve or escalate issues before they affect the project schedule or scope.
Implement continuous improvements in delivery processes.
Deliverable validations before presenting them to the client.
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Completed.
Languages: Advanced English.
Experience.
Experience: 4 years and more in similar positions in IT Application implementation projects.
Leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework and service management best practices.
Proficiency in service management tools (e.g., Service Now).
Experience: in project management (ideally with PMP certifications).
Financial skills for budget management, continuous improvement approach and the adoption of new technologies.
