We are seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead the development of silicon photonics optical engine packaging solutions. This role focuses on enabling high‑performance, reliable, and manufacturable integration of **photonic integrated circuits (PICs)**with electronic ICs (EICs) through advanced package architectures.

You will work across optical, electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing disciplines, partnering closely with internal engineering teams and external suppliers to bring optical engine packaging concepts from early development through qualification and production.
