Production Material Handler

At Amgen Breda, medicines are labeled, assembled, stored, and shipped to countries around the world. Every day, more than 1,000 colleagues from over 40 nationalities contribute to supply chain operations, manufacturing, marketing and sales of our medicines, and clinical research into new therapies.

LIVEWhat you will do
Are you energized by working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment where your contributions directly keep production running? At ABR, we’re looking for hands-on, motivated people to join our Site Operations team.

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our Warehouse and Production departments, ensuring 10+ production lines always have the right materials at the right time. By preparing production orders and supplying consumables, to moving finished products back into storage, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering high-quality medicines to patients worldwide.

In this role, you will:

  • Keep production moving: Prepare production orders, verify materials, and deliver them to the lines On-Time-In-Full.
  • Work with modern systems & equipment: Use SAP, PAS|X, RF scanners, to manage material flows.
  • Be part of the flow: Bring materials and consumables to production, and return finished products and unused stock to the warehouse.
  • Ensure quality & compliance: Follow GMP/GDP standards and document every step to guarantee patient safety.
  • Contribute to improvement: Share ideas, support LEAN initiatives, and help optimize processes together with your team.

WINWhat we expect from you
To succeed in this role, you bring the following:

  • A secondary vocational (MBO) background or equivalent experience.
  • A hands-on, reliable team player who enjoys physically active work.
  • Good communication (verbal& written) skills in Dutch and English.
  • A sharp eye for quality and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (and occasional overtime/weekends).
  • Experience in logistics, production, or warehousing.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MES, or GMP/GDP environments.
