What you will do

In this role, you will be an experienced individual contributor within the R&D Business Analysis Team, supporting business decision-making through financial, operational, and analytical insights. You will work across a range of R&D and enterprise initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to analyze data, develop insights, and support planning and execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform financial, operational, and business analyses to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
• Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards
• Support development of business cases, scenarios, and performance tracking
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights clearly
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D and enterprise functions
• Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and analyses

The Senior Associate is a strong analytical contributor who applies sound judgment, structured problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver high-quality insights that support business decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience OR
• Diploma and 7–9 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Excel-based financial and analytical modeling
• Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business planning
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics tools
• Exposure to R&D or regulated environments
• Experience with data visualization tools
