  • Indirect Analyst Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Ensure timelines and accuracy of the Project deliverables is in line with agreed Project Plan.

Get things done Fast: Decide, commit and execute fast Detailed Analysis of enite Indirect Spend , benchmark the plant and move cost within BU & also with other Ous/Sectors Identification of Productivity opportunity , drive communication with stakeholder and implement the same .

Ensure continuous improvement and simplification of processes, standardization of reports and optimal use of technology through aligned projects Support FP in projects related to simplification and standardization of reports.

Provide assistance as SME in both Functional and Technical aspects supporting process improvement and technological enhancements and implementation Collaborate with IT delivery team to help achieve the project objectives while ensuring that the FP functional objectives are met.

Factor the end-consumer into every decision we make Engage with BU/ HBS Teams as and when required to understand the current process and their desired outcomes to help automate/ Standardize/ harmonize the same.

Continuously seek new value creation opportunities as well as cost efficiencies Work closely with the Project Stakeholders to ensure Stakeholder Delight by adding value through Functional insights Participate in Project Governance Meetings to track performance, review requirements and address challenges Qualifications 6- 8 years of experience in finance and planning 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred Tableau knowledge is required Sound knowledge of Financial systems (SAP, Tableau, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems) Strong understanding of business processes Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes

Experience: with working with FMCG sector

Experience: in leading process excellence and performance improvement Exceptional communication skills.

Proficiency in English language:
