Job purpose:

  • As a member of this fast-pace, complex and dynamic region, this individual will be the key point of contact and responsible to support the affiliates in the following processes according the predefined SOPs and SLAs.
    This position will be based in Egypt, reporting to Contract Management Manager within ACCP**(Amgen Capability Center Portugal)** ​

​Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering ACCP contract management support.
  • Execute activities in line with the business processes and compliance requirements.
  • PO creation and status management.
  • Invoice approval.
  • Activities check against Compliance requirements, e.g. support compliance in reporting HCR Management, Data Capture with SCF and Consent management.
  • Following Amgen policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating activities review, approval, contract management, payments and documents reconciliation workflows in business and compliance controls systems:

a. Support vendor Management (HCP/HCO)

b. Support contract management (HCP/HCO)

c. HCP/HCO PO creation and status management

d. Payments management

  • Responsible for executing the PO lifecycle support working with different stakeholders (e.g., RAEs, vendors).
  • Acts as buddy to new joiners across MEA.
  • Responsible to support the audit team with any requirements / information.
  • Responsible for recognizing and escalating problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.
  • Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth of the department and ACCP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or any related field required.
  • +2 years of experience in document controlling, admin management &/or business support.
  • Current or previous experience within SSC is a huge plus.
  • Attention to details & exceptional organization skills.
  • Ability to respond efficiently & promptly to business requests.
  • Fluent English is a must.
