Your Impact
The Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Internship Program is crafted to provide you with practical opportunities to apply theory learned from the classroom to a professional work setting. You will be coached and mentored by some of the industry's brightest minds who will help challenge and develop your skills. You will get the opportunity and resources to become a true technology expert when combined with your drive and motivation.
You will gain hands-on experience with AI-powered Cisco solutions that accelerate problem resolution and improve customer outcomes.

By Participating in the Internship Program You Will:

Work with a team of highly qualified professionals who serve worldwide customers. Tackle technical issues, optimize workflows, and improve future products using AI-enhanced analytics and automation.

Develop an agile approach to learning, practice, solve, and implement AI-driven solutions.

Develop a Customer Experience (CX) attitude. Learn how to prioritize, multitask, and enable customer success with AI-augmented tools.

Build your professional network. Practice how to communicate, share knowledge & ideas, and work with diverse cultures.

Significantly increase your chances to get a full-time job at Cisco in the future.

Receive in-depth training and build your skills as you earn industry-leading Cisco certifications like CCNA, CCNP, and gain exposure to AI infrastructure and automation technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
-
You are currently enrolled in a Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related Engineering degree and graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated.

You are proficient in English (written and verbal) and Arabic.

You are passionate about networking, information technology, computer science, and emerging AI technologies.
-
You can live and work in Egypt with no additional VISA sponsorship from Cisco during the duration of the program.
Preferred Qualifications

You have notions of technology in relevant domains such as Routing, Switching, Datacenter, Virtualization, Mobility, Wireless, Unified Communications, Business Video, AI, Security, or Software Defined Networking.

You understand the need to script and automate in Python or similar languages, including AI and machine learning frameworks.

Leverage good communication, consulting, and customer relationship skills to build productive collaborations.

You are a standout colleague and work well in small and large group environments.

Knowledge of adjacent technologies, holding Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or industry-recognized certifications is a plus.

Interest or experience in AI-powered network management, AI infrastructure design, or AI-driven customer experience solutions is highly desirable.
