Amazon Global Selling (Existing Seller management) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Southeast Asia hub in Vietnam (Hanoi), supporting mature Vietnamese sellers — those in their second year and beyond on Amazon's global marketplaces. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of seller success and AI-powered innovation.
In this role, you will focus on deepening engagement with established sellers, helping them unlock the next stage of their growth through diversified activities — both online and offline. You will develop timely, accurate, and actionable guidance and training sessions to accelerate seller adoption of Amazon campaigns, programs, tools, and features. You will also be at the forefront of leveraging Amazon's AI tools to maximize impact and scale.
Working closely with your team, you will guide experienced sellers through their continued growth journey while shaping the future of AI-powered account management at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

Drive Seller Growth and Performance

  • Identify and recruit Vietnamese sellers to participate in Amazon Global Selling programs (e.g., AToZ Turbo), driving feature adoption to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor seller performance across input and output metrics, partnering with sellers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide consultative coaching on best practices across selection, listings, pricing, inventory, AI tools, and advertising strategies.
  • Develop training content and seller communications; build segmentation mechanisms to drive targeted actions across seller groups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a cohort of Vietnamese sellers, delivering support through both one-to-one and one-to-many engagement models.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining high seller satisfaction.

Seller Engagement and Events

  • Plan, host, and facilitate seller-facing events — including workshops, seminars, and networking sessions — to drive program awareness and community engagement.
  • Deliver confident public-facing presentations and training sessions to educate and inspire sellers at scale.

Program Execution and Collaboration

  • Execute structured campaigns across Amazon programs and products, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate seller records and track engagement results in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive seller success.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, scale seller coverage, and maximize impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, program deployment, or a related field within a fast-paced business environment such as e-commerce, logistics, or community management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts through structured program execution, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data to identify trends, inform decisions, and measure performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and scale impact across a seller or customer portfolio.
  • Experience building and applying frameworks, protocols, or structured processes to drive consistency and operational excellence.
