You'll influence teams spanning Operations, Start-Up, Construction, Real Estate, Design, Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Loss Prevention, IT, and Food Safety to deliver new fulfillment center and distribution center launches, plus complex ASRS and physical retrofits that enable Amazon's grocery supply chain strategy.

- Lead end-to-end project execution for industrial facilities ranging from 60k to 1M square feet with sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, ensuring seamless transitions from construction to operations.
- Develop and standardize scalable processes and mechanisms that become the blueprint for network-wide expansion, eliminating ambiguity and reducing churn across the organization.
- Orchestrate operational readiness activities, coordinating across Senior Operations Managers, Construction Managers, Reliability & Maintenance Engineering, and Workplace Health & Safety to ensure successful project launches.
- Own program communication and stakeholder management, presenting project status, metrics, and recommendations to leadership teams while accelerating progress through crisp decision-making and proactive issue escalation.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority, driving adoption of new processes and change management initiatives across diverse teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and ability to context-switch between tactical execution and strategic planning.
- Regional travel up to 25% to support on-site launches, retrofits, and stakeholder engagement.
A day in the life
As a Program Manager on the Industrial Launch & Execution team, your days are dynamic and impactful. You'll review construction progress on fulfillment centers, lead cross-functional meetings with Operations, RME, and WHS teams to finalize operational readiness plans for project turnover, and solve high-impact problems like removing launch blockers or standardizing processes for network-wide replication. You'll coordinate with Senior Operations Managers, Construction Managers, Reliability & Maintenance Engineering, and Workplace Health & Safety teams, analyzing data, creating executive presentations, and occasionally traveling to sites to understand challenges firsthand and build relationships with operations teams.
