Want to be part of a team that is helping redefine the future of video advertising? Prime Video Ads is seeking to hire a Program Manager II to own the Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Advertiser (VOA) programs.
Video advertising is rapidly evolving as customers shift from traditional linear TV to streaming, and Prime Video is a major player in this space with strong reach, exclusive content, and deep audience insights.
As a Program Manager II, you will create and own the strategy for both VOC & VOA for Prime Video Advertising, delivering full-circle insights across the Prime Video advertising ecosystem by connecting viewer experience data with advertiser feedback to inform product decisions that better serve both customers and advertising partners. You will review feedback across various channels from both viewers and advertisers, identify top themes, and develop mechanisms to report and action insights that govern key inputs into our team's strategic planning and roadmap of initiatives changing how advertisers engage with consumers via streaming media worldwide. Partnering with Customer Service, Advertiser Support, Legal, and product teams, your work will be fast-paced, challenging, and varied as you experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.
- Key job responsibilities
- Own and oversee PV Ads VOC and VOA programs to inform product, engineering, and go-to-market priorities
- Partner across global customer service, advertiser support, product, and engineering teams to align on objectives
- Communicate insights and program updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Leverage AI and automation to scale insights through automated reporting, predictive analytics, and self-service dashboards
- Operate autonomously with high judgment on decisions impacting customer and advertiser experience
- Drive program adoption and measure business impact through clear ROI metrics
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
