As Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will delight our customers by ensuring the quality of campaigns delivered. Your mission will be to monitor and inspect campaigns processes ensuring they meet established quality standards and compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, proactively upholding the quality bar.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining the quality assurance processes and standards across the digital asset space. You are a strong communicator and can influence your peers, building relationships with stakeholders and GSS internal teams. You will be experienced in a QA role, preferably in the marketing or the creative industry. You have high ownership to deliver. You are a problem solver; you understand the issue and provide solutions.

As Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will lead and oversee the end-to-end quality assurance program for digital publishing campaigns. Your mission is to establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control systems that ensure excellence in both asset creation and campaign execution. You will drive quality standards across the entire campaign lifecycle, through the different checkpoints from campaign creation, asset development to final deployment, while managing relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a quality assurance professional who excels in fast-paced digital publishing environments. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive QA frameworks spanning from design production to campaign operations. Key strengths include strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and proven experience in marketing or creative industry QA. As program manager, you'll oversee quality programs, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality campaign delivery while maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands high ownership, problem-solving capabilities, and a dedication to enhancing customer experience through continuous quality improvement.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for end-to-end campaign management.
  • Lead and oversee quality control programs for both asset creation and campaign execution.
  • Execute a quality audit process to ensure internal quality and monitor the different control for improvement.
  • Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for digital campaigns.
  • Design and implement quality gates throughout the launch lifecycle.
  • Manage and coordinate QA team efforts across multiple campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create, develop and maintain standard operating procedures for quality assurance processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis for complex quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on quality metrics and feedback.
  • Handle P3/P4 escalations based on quality metrics and feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align quality standards with business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of program or project management experience
  • 2+ years of Quality Assurance/testing domain experience
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in visual design and advertising across a range of media and platforms
  • Experience with quality management systems and methodologies and project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, ect)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
  • Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of digital media assets / various file formats
