Description:

Provide IT Infrastructure services to the Costa Rica facility and other Moog facilities as needed.

• Infrastructure Ownership & Operations Owner of the Costa Rica Data Center, IT Rooms, and all IT Racks.
• Responsible for infrastructure monitoring, power, cooling, cabling, and physical hardware placement.
• DC walk-throughs, environmental monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Responsible for walkthroughs and monitoring of global data centers: Along with the rest of the global datacenter team.
• Project Management Lead all local IT projects in Costa Rica including planning, execution, and reporting
• Moog Medical Group: Local project implementer and application admin/support.
• Vendor, Procurement & Finance Vendor negotiations
• Responsible for invoice validation and PR creation/monitoring.
• Network & Server Administration Network implementation, configuration, and expansion.
• Primary network troubleshooter.
• Database & Software Owner of Costa Rica SQL databases.
• Troubleshooter for internal software systems.

Education and/or experience:

• BSc degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years related IT experience
• Working knowledge of Service Now (desirable)

Certifications (Desirable but not mandatory):

• Microsoft SQL and windows server certifications(Desired)
• ITIL V4 Certification (Desired)
