The AGI-DS team is seeking a Korean Quality Auditor (Contact employee)with a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will perform systematic quality evaluations within our global Data Associate network and conduct manual reviews to validate our automated quality measurement systems. This position is essential to maintaining high standards of data quality for AI development and training.

프로세스 개선 및 베스트 프랙티스 도입을 위해 Quality Audit Specialist와 긴밀히 협업합니다.
Quality Assurance 팀 내 지속적인 개선 활동에 기여합니다.
Perform quality audits on individual workflows and deliverables submitted by Data Associates.
Support performance improvement for on-site Data Associates through coaching and calibration.
Conduct detailed analysis of quality at the Data Associate level and identify root causes of issues.
Perform manual reviews to validate automated quality measurement systems.
Ensure accurate and efficient documentation and reporting of quality findings.
Conduct audits for deep-dive investigations and escalation handling.
Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Collaborate closely with Quality Audit Specialists to implement process improvements and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance team.

Basic Qualifications

• 한국어가 모국어 수준이며, 일본어 또는 영어로 비즈니스 레벨 수준이신 분 (읽기, 쓰기, 말하기, 듣기)
• 데이터 어노테이션, 운영(Operations) 또는 이와 유사한 생산 중심 업무 경험 우대
• 팀 환경에서 협업하여 근무한 경험
• Native-level proficiency in Korean, with business-level proficiency in Japanese or English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Experience in data annotation, operations, or similar production-driven work preferred
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment

• Adaptability to changing priorities and workload
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Tech-sector QA background.
• Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals.
• Prior experience with speech or language data.
