• Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end accounting operations across multiple regions, setting the standard for accuracy, compliance, and scalability while relentlessly driving process improvements that raise the bar
• Collaborate globally with internal Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams, external business partners, and other departments such as Tax and Legal.
• Lead and deliver complex, large-scale projects in a fast-moving, international, high-growth environment.
• Lead deep-dive analytics and anomaly detection to surface actionable insights, challenge the status quo, and champion data-driven change that transforms how the business operates
• Continuously enhance your skills by working with advanced finance technologies and global best practices.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and HGB.
• Extensive experience in leading end-to-end accounting cycles, managing audits, and navigating multi-jurisdictional reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP platforms; leveraging automation tools and AI to improve processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn accounting data into actionable insights.
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with advanced finance technologies, AI-driven analytics, and process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
