The Learning Coordinator will lead the technical training strategy across Brazil transportation sites, driving operational excellence and business impact. This role owns the end-to-end training strategy: from planning and execution to metrics control, supporting both new site launches and existing operations. The coordinator will build trust with operational leadership to deliver scalable learning solutions. Responsibilities include leading ramp-up performance training for new roles, delivering continuous learning content and deploying retraining programs to improve productivity, quality and safety. Data mindset and business metrics management is a must have.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end technical training strategy across Brazil transportation sites: onboarding, continuous learning and retraining;
  • Lead frequently learning strategies to keep performance on track for each individual;
  • Drive ramp-up and continuous learning programs focused on productivity and quality;
  • Plan, execute and monitor training initiatives for new site launches;
  • Build strong partnerships with operational leaders to deliver scalable and high-impact learning solutions;
  • Leverage data and business metrics to measure learning effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
  • Experience in organizations with high standards in e-commerce, technology, logistics or industrial processes;
  • Leading training and/or operational excellence initiatives;
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply continuous improvement tools;
  • Intermediate knowledge of English: necessary for frequent writing, reading and speaking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Available to work 100% in person;
  • 25% time dedicated to travel (off peak season) and 50% (during peak season).
