L&D + Plant FP&A Analyst

• Key Business Partner to Operations Lead for Supply chain hub based in Singapore, Australia & New Zealand

• Supervise, guide and lead the indirect support staff out of the ROA across multiple finance functions based in India and China

• Drive monthly/quarterly/annually financial forecast and other budgeting activities for APAC Supply chain hub and repair center hub

• Perform deep dive analysis into expenses, prepare monthly KPI reporting and explain variances to regional management

• Conduct analysis of freight and warehousing including cost drivers / mode / freight lane, maintain BU allocations / charges and provide strategic advice to warehouse/transportation departments

• Focal point of finance to drive Supply chain operation excellence activities such as Continuous Improvement projects, Excess & Obsolete stock management, and other initiatives

• Manage financial performance APAC supply chain hub’s annual stocktake, inventory classification, inventory cycle count, standard cost revaluation, purchase variance, warranty, vendor rebate, returns, etc

• Consolidate and publish APAC Inventory and Excess & Obsolete Report, support planners in reducing excess inventory and driving alignment with global targets

• Perform ad hoc analysis as necessary
