We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join JP Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Program team to support in improving the Last Mile Delivery Experience for our customers.

Key job responsibilities
Setting up and leading multiple programs to improve the current JP AMZL Delivery experience from good to great
Manage several competing priorities to ensure critical projects remain visible to all stakeholders whilst maintaining a plan for less urgent matters
Dive deep into various work streams and learn about each stakeholders contribution and challenges
Develop and introduce processes that ultimately enhance customer experience
Write and review business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders
Prioritize projects with biggest impact on our business, propose and obtain approval from relevant functional leaders, and schedule resources
Take accountability while providing status, ask for help, and immediately escalate issues and problems as necessary
Interface with all necessary functions within the company, including senior stakeholders
About the team
The work of this team includes analyzing metrics which impact customer experience and surfacing insights to improve those. This team identify and implement process solutions that increase the efficiency of the Delivery Stations and deliver a corresponding improvement in Customer Experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL
- Business level English (written and verbal) and Japanese (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
