Develop mechanisms, metrics, and reporting to measure process performance, solution adoption, and operational effectiveness.

Partner with stakeholders across global accounting, finance operations, tax, treasury, Fin Tech, and business teams to deliver scalable financial solutions.

Support the design and implementation of controls that help keep Amazon’s financial statements accurate and complete.

Communicate risks, dependencies, recommendations, and project status clearly to business and finance leaders.

A day in the life
Review a new business initiative and assess accounting impacts, process implications, and systems requirements.

Facilitate working sessions with accounting, product, and technology teams to define future-state workflows.

Analyze process pain points and recommend changes that improve efficiency, scalability, and controllership.

Prepare business requirements, testing plans, and executive-ready updates for stakeholders.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, unblock decisions, and move transformation work forward.
