Would you like to lead a high-performing team driving revenue and customer engagements for an innovative leader in the Procurement industry? The Amazon Business team is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to buy on Amazon.com. The Technology and Services Sales Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a team of Senior Account Executives who drive the full sales life cycle with businesses generating annual revenues between $50MM to $3B. This leader will be accountable for team performance across prospecting, pipeline development, deal negotiation, and strategic account growth while fostering a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading B2B sales teams, with a track record of developing talent, driving consistent quota attainment, and scaling revenue in complex Enterprise environments. This leader should excel at coaching sellers through large-scale deal cycles, implementing sales methodologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize team performance and customer outcomes.

A Technology and Services Sales Manager must think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment. They are passionate about developing people, obsessed with customer success, and energized by the opportunity to build and scale in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture. This leader thrives on change, drives accountability, and consistently raises the bar for their team and themselves.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of prior work in business development, sales, or sales-engineering, preferably in the technology, internet and e-commerce sectors experience
  • Experience in business development, sales, or sales-engineering, preferably in the technology, internet, and e-commerce sectors
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales experience selling to Fortune 5000 senior leadership
  • Entrepreneurial background with proven ability to deal with ambiguity, pivot quickly, adapt new process and run fast
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
  • Ability to assess account and customer needs, identify gaps and solve Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with internal stakeholders, leadership and customers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
